

The Principles of Zen Coaching
The core principles of Zen Coaching is to say “yes” to our experiences. This “goal” of Zen Coaching is achievable right here, right now by noticing, allowing and fully experiencing our current reality in this moment. As we come home to ourselves and can deeply rest in ourselves we start to see how best to act in a situation in ways that are beneficial both for ourselves and others. We learn to act from a place of inner abundance, rather than from feelings of scarcity or inadequacy.
During healing sessions, I integrate and draw upon a variety of techniques from different modalities in my toolbox, tailoring each session uniquely to suit individual journeys.
Who Could Benefit from Zen Coaching
Zen’s coaching can benefit everyone who is curious about what is behind the rush of living in what I call “busy city”. We tend to be so consumed with what we have to do that we loose touch with our essence and our senses. We forget the beauty and magic of this wonderful planet and cosmos we reside in.
The Sessions
A session lasts for 1 hour, I encourage my clients to commit to at least 4 as one needs to give the process time and space to evolve. Life is a process not an event, we don’t live the peaceful lives of monks but lead “householders” lives where we have to face challenges constantly.
Preparation for a session is ideal as it helps the client get the most out of the sessions. I advise planning ahead to arrive on time, treating yourself gently, as well as having time on your own afterwards for reflection and integration.

I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your inner world, identify your goals, and develop a plan to achieve them.
