Aromatherapy, Bach flower therapy, and flower therapy harness the incredible versatility of nature’s offerings.
Aromatherapy utilizes complex, precious oils extracted from specific plant species, in harmony with both people and the planet. Each oil serves diverse purposes, affecting our emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. These oils can be applied in massage mediums, body sprays, or diffusers.
Bach flower remedies, herbal extracts from herbs, trees, and plants, are based on the philosophy that behind all disease lie our fears, anxieties, greed, likes, and dislikes. These remedies are ingested in tincture form.
Flower therapy involves harnessing the magical powers of flowers to uplift and beautify our surroundings. By engaging our sense of smell and sight, flowers have a profound effect on us.

Uses of Aromatherapy and Flower Therapy in my sessions
Aromatherapy oils and applications can easily be incorporated into your daily life. I can mix and supply tinctures, creams, sprays, or oils for your home use as needed. I also encourage the use of fresh flowers for therapy, along with rituals like sleeping with lavender flowers or bathing with them in a hot bath.
In my treatments, I incorporate aromatherapy oils by using their scents in a diffuser or by adding them to tissue paper during body treatments. In addition to aromatherapy oils, I use incense and woody sticks like Palo Santo in all my therapy sessions.
Like my other modalities, aromatherapy can be done in a group setting, but I prefer one-on-one sessions. Multiple sessions are encouraged to create awareness and allow the process to unfold naturally.
