Thanks to my belief in the power of serendipity I believe one can create a steady rhythm through the use of a Tibetan singing bowl or a therapist’s nurturing discussion. A steady rhythm can be created to allow the mind to latch onto it, slow down and relax. The left and right hemispheres of the brain begin to resonate to a steady rhythm bringing together the more linear left side with the more emotional and creative right. The subconscious and unconscious mind become aligned. Unresolved issues are released and you become more vibrational, coherent and increasingly powerful. When we say someone is charismatic, what we are feeling is their personal vibration. When this happens life starts to flow and those serendipitous moments increase.

I believe we cannot solve problems using the same kind of thinking we had while creating them. By creating a more coherent and harmonising pattern in our bodies and our thoughts we can change our thoughts and so change the way we perceive the world. We start to see the world through a truthful lense , being curious of the opportunities presented to us. We respond creatively to situations and take actions others may not. It is at this stage that those serendipitous moments become more frequent and expected. We are tuned into a more enjoyable radio station. We become less passive and more active steering our course. Whereby we can live a life of being more expansive and joyful.

“When someone deeply listens to you it is like holding out a dented cup you’ve had since childhood and watching it fill up with cold, fresh water. When it balances on top of the brim, you are understood. When it overflows and touches your skin, you are loved. When someone deeply listens to you, the room where you stay starts a new life and the place where you wrote your first poem begins to glow in your mind’s eye. It is as if gold has been discovered! When someone deeply listens to you, your bare feet are on the earth and a beloved land that seemed distant is now at home within you.” – John Fox
